You are also more than welcome to pick up in person if you wish to do so.

We have a straightforward return and exchange policy designed to make sure you can shop with confidence. Your feedback helps us to continually improve our products and services.
 

RETURN POLICY

At Cowboy Chewing Gum, we take pride in makin’ sure every bag of jerky rides out fresh, flavorful, and ready for the trail. Due to the nature of our products (food, not horseshoes), all sales are final.

That said—if somethin’ ain’t right, we aim to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order shows up lookin’ like it lost a bar fight—or you received the wrong item—reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

We’ll review it and, if the fault’s on our side, we’ll replace it or make it right faster than a cowboy drawin’ iron.

No Returns on Opened Food

For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed products.
